serene Getaway Close to the HEART

convenient location free parking warm welcome
Location was convenient. A short walk brought me to the heart of the city. The hotel also offered free parking. The provided hot chocolate WAS a lovely, warm touch. The staff, especially Amir, gave a warm welcome and offered invaluable assistance.
The shower felt a slight bit tight, but it didn't spoil the visit.

Staff members provided valuable help throughout my stay. Their assistance was always delivered with a patient and friendly attitude. Martin and his team were helpful and accommodating. They gave superb support during my time there.

The room felt tired. The cupboard was too short. this made hanging clothes difficult. there were no biscuits provided.

dust everywhere constant noise
the location made it easy to walk to the town center.
I was really annoyed by the overall cleanliness (or lack thereof). there was dust everywhere, i mean everywhere. i started sneezing as soon as i walked in, and the noise from other guests above was constant. I heard every footstep.

The welcome was friendly and efficient. I was happy to secure a parking space in the private car park. My room at the back was quiet and sunny. I found the bed comfortable, and the shower room was clean with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate readily available.
The walk to the train station was a bit longer than I expected.
